1.Our company guarantees that the metals used or included in all the delivered components or materials do not contain "conflict minerals" from the Democratic Republic of the Congo and its neighboring countries, as well as areas controlled by military forces. "Conflict minerals" include but are not limited to rare metals such as cassite, black tungsten, coltan and gold and its derivatives from illegal mining areas in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, especially metal raw materials such as gold (Au), tantalum (Ta), tin (Sn) and tungsten (W).

2. Our company will, upon the client's request, truthfully fill in and respond to the investigation regarding "conflict minerals", and guarantee the authenticity and accuracy of the responses provided.

3. Our company will take active actions to avoid economic, reputational and other losses.
